 Yes, we offer delivery + install on all garlands greater than 8ft! Delivery + install begins at $100 per hour and includes delivery to up to 25 miles!

We do not offer breakdown, however, with a sharp pair of scissors, its easy to do yourself (and it's a good way to let off some steam)! Our garlands are attached with 260Q balloons ONLY, so there is no hardware to dismantle.

We recommend booking your balloons ASAP as often bookings are taken up to three months in advance. However, sometimes last minute things *pop* up, so we always do our best to accommodate.

Ordering any of our balloons is easy! 

GARLANDS - Complete the inquiry form! Complete the form as completely as possible - the more information the better! Next, we'll contact you to talk more about your event, theme, and colors you're looking for. Then, you'll receive a quote for you to review. Once approved, a 50% deposit is due on all garlands to secure booking. 

Grab N Go Garlands are available in teacup (2ft clusters), mini (4-5ft), and standard (6ft).

Teacup garlands include 1 color; Mini garlands include up to 4 colors; Standard & Giant garlands include up to 6.

All Grab N Go Garlands include at least 2-3 balloon sizes, Command Hooks and ties, and directions for hanging. 

Grab N Go Garlands are PICK UP ONLY. Pick up is available Monday-Friday by schedule. Exact address will be provided upon booking due to privacy and safety, however, we are located in Cool Springs of Franklin, TN.  

Up to 2 6ft garlands will fit in a standard SUV. 

These garlands will last for weeks if handling is limited and they are stored indoors. 

We do our best to keep all basic, specialty, and trending colors in stock. The earlier you book, the more likely your preferred colors are available!

Custom colors are available (by double stuffing color formulas) at an additional cost.

We use only the highest quality, longest-lasting balloons on the market. We use multiple professional brands to offer the widest range of color options, but never cheap or non-brand name materials. These brands include Tuftex, Qualatex, Sempertex, and more.

While we cannot and do not guarantee any length of time your balloons will last once they are out of our care, we can give you some tips to make them last up to weeks! First, the less they are handled and moved, the better they stay inflated. We recommend keeping them out of reach of children and animals. The other culprit of a balloon's short lifespan is sunlight. Please keep your balloons out of direct sunlight whenever possible for the longest life! 

A 50% deposit is due to book your event on all delivery + install garlands greater than 8ft. The remaining 50% is due the day of your event.

Garlands + Events

The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, the deposit funds will be held for a future event for up to one year. 

All payments made on or within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, especially after install/event.

There are MANY differences between professional balloon services and an Amazon or Etsy kit! 

First, your garland will never look like it does in the picture or what you see on Instagram. Professional balloon designers use techniques, tools and knowledge that make their pieces look like they do!

Next, the balloons you get with a professional are high quality, biodegradable, opaque, and will last a very long time. The balloons sent in a kit are often thin, cheap, and will not provide the final look you are picturing!

Then, there is the time. A professional can install a standard garland in an hour or less because we are able to prep at home BEFORE we get to your home or venue. Do you want to spend hours on the morning of your little one's birthday trying to figure out a balloon garland?

Finally, booking a professional balloon artist from your local town is supporting a small business! 

So, in short, the answer is that while a kit may save you money, it will not save you time, headache, or quality. Only a professional can provide convenience, quality, and the final look you are wanting!
